Greenpoint Commercial
The Prather Company will be developing two retail buildings in 2022 in the Greenpoint Commercial District. Each building will have over 7,000sf. Size units will range from 1,200-1800sf. Four Restaurants sites are planned in the two buildings. Grease Traps will be provided. Two Restaurant units will have out side seating and Patio areas. This proposed construction will be available in Winter of 2022. Greenpoint Commercial will be the only for rent property planned at the I-20 Exit 183 Interchange.

Lionel Prather
Over the last twenty years, Lionel has been engaged in several aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Beginning his career as a Real Estate Appraiser in 2002 and after two years created Prather Appraisal Company. After eight years and a firm understating of the Real Estate market, his focus turned to Commercial Real Estate Sales and Brokerage fostered by the Father Larry’s investment interest.
Full Bio
After years of the Brokerage business, Lionel Diversified into Commercial and Residential Developments which included several retail centers, office buildings and warehouses in the Augusta-Aiken Market. The Prather Family has owned and operated Prather Construction Company, started by Larry in 1965, which has been responsible for the development of multiple Residential Developments in the area.
Bobby Bagwell
After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2002 with a Degree in Construction Management, Bobby returned home to Augusta Georgia where he began his career in Commercial and Residential Project Management. His construction experience included building Townhomes, Single Family Homes, Convenience Stores, Commercial Build-outs, Historic Mixed Use Renovations, Residential Remodels, and Multi-Tenant Retail Centers.

Following his years of Construction Management, Bobby entered into Real Estate Development, overseeing all aspects of single family and mixed use development, serving as Project Manager for 7 years at Hammond’s Ferry in North Augusta, followed by 2 years in the New Homes Division of Meybohm Realty.
Bobby joined the Prather Company in 2019 and brings 18 years of experience in Construction and Real Estate Development to assist clients in meeting their development goals. Since joining the Prather Company he has assisted clients with Site Selection for Commercial and Residential Development and served as a Development Consultant. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a Licensed General Contractor in Georgia.
